Asylum Day 3... Strength

Maaaaaan!!!!
What have I gotten myself into. I trained my AM Boot Camp and actually partnered up with someone for two rounds of the super intense relays that I designed for my clients... and then I went home and did Insanity: Asylum's "Strength" workout. DAYUM!!!!
My whole being is sore! There are some things that you know will have serious results... My boot camp is one.... but Asylum is on some whole other level shit!

Stick with me and let's see how it goes.... The program is 30 days straight with rest only on days 5 and 22... Yikes man!
